Terms of Service
The terms on which you may use the Regulyse platform.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and Duckham Meridian Group Limited (“DMG-Ltd”), a company registered in England & Wales that operates the Regulyse platform (“Regulyse”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Regulyse is an AI-autonomous regulatory pre-compliance platform. It monitors UK regulatory sources, forecasts likely changes, and helps you generate compliance documents.
- Not legal advice. Regulyse provides regulatory intelligence and drafting assistance. It is not a law firm and its outputs are not legal advice. You should obtain professional advice before relying on any output.
- AI-assisted outputs. Predictions and documents are generated with AI under human director oversight and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Resell or redistribute outputs as regulated legal advice.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, and branding are owned by Regulyse. You retain ownership of the data you input and are granted a licence to use the documents generated for your own business compliance purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, Regulyse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Because outputs are AI-assisted intelligence and not legal advice, you accept responsibility for decisions made using them.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings & Privacy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revised version here. For any questions, contact [email protected].
